Pneumatic Dual Head
Features
This type of setter is ideal for riveting brittle or fragile parts. Air pressure to the cylinder can be adjusted allowing rivet setting without damaging the work piece.
The machine is tripped by foot switch or optional dual palm buttons.
Two rivets can be set at one time with the rivets being of equal or different sizes.
The center distance between rivets is adjustable from 3/8″ to 8″ with the standard configuration. A special version is available with center distance adjustable to a maximum of 16″.
Cycle time is approximately 1 second.
Both the 2400 and the 2600 pneumatic models feature an 8″ throat depth with quick change hopper and slide assembly.
